Pigment dispersions (PD) are highly concentrated mixtures of color pigments and additives. These mixtures are thoroughly mixed in a liquid component compatible with the polymer (which is to be colored). Dispersions are available for PVC and polyurethane systems.
Available in different viscosities
liquid, pumpable to paste-like
Packaging sizes from 1 kg PE bags to 1000 kg steel tanks
Masterbatch
Masterbatches (MB) are plastic additives in the form of granules with proportions of colorants and/or additives that are higher than in the final application. They are added to the raw polymer to color it or to change its properties. Compared to pastes, powders or liquid additives, masterbatches increase process reliability and are very easy to process.
In general, three groups of masterbatches can be distinguished:
Color masterbatches used for coloring plastic products.
Additive masterbatches that provide specific properties for the end products, such as UV stabilization, flame retardancy, antistatic or antiblock.
Combination masterbatches containing both colorants and additives.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride is an amorphous thermoplastic. It is hard and brittle, white in color, and only becomes softer, malleable and suitable for technical applications when plasticizers and stabilizers are added.
Please ask for our types in the areas:
Soft and rigid PVC, all Shore hardnesses (from SH A 40) and specific weights, special settings migration-resistant, physiologically harmless and special colors.
TPE
Thermoplastic elastomers are plastics that behave similarly to classic elastomers at room temperature, but can be plastically deformed when heat is applied and thus exhibit thermoplastic behavior.

TPU
Thermoplastic polyurethanes-TPU are plastics or synthetic resins that are formed from the polyaddition reaction of a polyester or an acrylate and a polyisocyanate.

LSF / HFFR
LSF / HFFR compounds are halogen-free, flame retardant polyolefins with different LOI.
